1. Overview: This website and store (www.lvl1.store) are operated by CR8TEK ("we", "us", "our"). By visiting our site and/or purchasing a digital product from us, you engage in our "Service" and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

2. Digital Product Purchase & License Rights

  • Delivery Mechanism: Upon completing a purchase, you will receive electronic access to download your digital product as a PDF file directly on your order status page and via automated email.
  • License Grant: Subject to payment, CR8TEK grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, store, view, and use the purchased PDF content for personal or internal business use.
  • Ownership: Purchasing a product provides a license to access and read the underlying digital content created by us. It does not transfer intellectual property ownership, copyrights, or master template rights to you.

3. Data Loss Disclaimer & Customer Backup Responsibility

  • No Responsibility for Data Loss: CR8TEK and LVL1 shall not be held liable or responsible under any circumstances for any loss, damage, corruption, or deletion of data, configurations, system files, code, or information resulting from your execution of or reliance on technical guides, scripts, or instructions contained within our PDF products.
  • Mandatory Customer Backup Requirement: You acknowledge and agree that it is your sole responsibility to perform complete, verified system backups prior to implementing or executing any instructions or steps described in our digital PDF products.

4. Prohibited Uses: You are strictly prohibited from:

  • Re-selling, redistributing, sub-licensing, sharing, uploading to public file-sharing networks, or transferring purchased PDF files to unauthorized third parties.
  • Extracting, copying, or reverse-engineering source components from delivered PDF documents in violation of our intellectual property rights.
  • Utilizing our storefront or digital products for unlawful, abusive, or fraudulent activities.

5. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

  • "As Is" Basis: All digital products and services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
  • Liability Cap: To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, CR8TEK shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages. Our maximum cumulative liability for any claim arising from your purchase shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the applicable digital product.

6. Governing Law: These Terms of Service and any separate agreements shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore, and the courts of Singapore shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes.
