Frequently asked questions

Answers about how purchasing, delivery, and coverage work on LVL1.

Purchasing

Buying an article

How do I know an article covers my exact problem?

Every product page states the problem, its symptoms, and its likely cause before you buy — no solution details are shown pre-purchase, but the problem description is exact enough to confirm a match.

What's included in an article?

Resolution steps, verification (how to confirm it's fixed), and prevention notes where relevant, written in the order a technician would use them.

Do I need an account to buy?

No. You can check out as a guest. An account simply makes it easier to find your past downloads.

What currency are prices in?

All prices are listed in Singapore Dollars (SGD).

Delivery

Getting your download

How is the article delivered?

As a downloadable file, available immediately after your payment is confirmed. Nothing is physically shipped.

I can't find my download — what do I do?

Check the order confirmation email sent to the address used at checkout, including spam/promotions folders. If it's still missing, contact us with your order number and we'll re-send it.

Can I download an article again later?

Yes, via the link in your order confirmation email or your account order history if you checked out signed in.

Coverage

What we cover

Do articles cover Windows 10, 11, or both?

Each product page lists the applicable Windows version(s) — Windows 10, Windows 11, Windows Server, or Both.

What does the difficulty rating mean?

Easy, Moderate, or Advanced reflects the technical skill and tools the resolution steps require — shown on every product page so you know what you're taking on before you buy.

What topics does LVL1 cover?

Boot & startup failures, Windows Update errors, blue screens (BSOD), Windows installation & setup issues, and printer/scanner problems.

Refunds

Refunds

What if an article doesn't match my issue?

See our Refund Policy for eligibility. Because every listing states the exact problem it covers upfront, we expect this to be rare — but we'll make it right if a genuine mismatch occurs.

How do I request a refund?

Contact us with your order number and a brief description of the issue. See the Refund Policy page for full terms.
