1. Purely Digital Delivery (No Physical Shipping): All products offered on LVL1 (www.lvl1.store) are 100% digital PDF goods delivered electronically. No physical items, packages, tracking numbers, or physical shipments will be dispatched.

2. How and When You Receive Your Digital PDF

• Instant Download: Upon successful payment completion via Shopify Payments, your order confirmation page will immediately present a direct link to download your PDF file.
• Email Delivery: Simultaneously, an automated order confirmation email containing your PDF download link will be dispatched to the email address provided at checkout.

3. File Retention & Local Backups: Once downloaded, your PDF file is stored locally on your device for lifetime access. We strongly recommend saving your downloaded PDF file to a secure local folder or personal cloud storage immediately upon receipt.

4. Delivery Troubleshooting & Support: If you do not receive your download link or experience difficulty opening the file:

• Check Spam/Junk Folders: Search for emails from admin@cr8tek.com.
• Check PDF Reader: Ensure your device has an updated PDF reader (such as Adobe Acrobat Reader, Apple Books, Chrome, or Preview).
• Request Re-Delivery: Contact our support team at admin@cr8tek.com with your order number and full name. We will verify your transaction and re-send your PDF file directly via email within 24 hours.
