Every product on LVL1 is a digital article. Nothing is shipped, and no physical item arrives at your address.

How delivery works

After your payment is confirmed at checkout, your article unlocks as a downloadable file. You do not need to create an account to purchase, though having one makes it easier to find your downloads again later.

Accessing your download

Shopify emails an order confirmation with your download link to the email address used at checkout. If you cannot find it, check your spam or promotions folder, or contact us with your order number.

File format

Articles are delivered as downloadable files containing the full write-up: cause, resolution steps, verification, and prevention notes for the issue you purchased.

Problems with delivery

If your download link doesn't work or you can't locate your file, contact us and we'll re-send it. See our Refund Policy for eligibility if an article turns out not to match your issue.
